MEDICAL MASSAGE

In order for massage to be considered "medical", we must have a prescription from your physician with a diagnosis code, and it must be medically necessary. We can accept most insurance coverage, once your coverage is verified with your carrier. Medical massage rates are between $39.00 and $45.00 per 15-minute unit.

If you have a medical need, be proactive and talk with your doctor about coming to us for therapy. Should he or she decide it is medically necessary, we will work with your doctor to provide the best therapy in south Florida.

Marshall Krug is certified as a Medical Massage Therapist by the United States Medical Massage Association. We can also refer clients to qualified chiropractors and orthopedic physicians when warranted.

PIP INSURANCE (AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS)

All individuals in the state of Florida who drive a car must carry at least $10,000 minimum PIP (Personal Injury Protection) on their car insurance policy. If you’re involved in a car accident, your PIP covers up to the limit of your policy. This is paid regardless of who caused the accident.

If you’re injured in an auto accident, give us a call. We will happily work with your physician and insurance company.

As usual, there is no extra charge for filing insurance claims.

MEDICAID PAC WAIVER PROGRAM

We are an approved Medicaid provider in the state of Florida under the Project AIDS Care (PAC) waiver program.
